12 Months Warranty
Every piece of heavy machinery and equipment bought from American Skid Steer includes a 12-month warranty covering both parts and labor, starting from the date of delivery.
Replacement Process
If you qualify for a replacement, American Skid Steer will provide either the same product or an item of comparable value and quality.
If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund or repair the product within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund and repair rights extend to the replacement product under the same terms as the original item.
Defects in Materials and Workmanship
Covered Defects
Manufacturing defects that affect structural integrity
Broken or damaged parts present at the time of delivery
Missing or incomplete components as originally supplied
Hydraulic system failures (pumps, valves, cylinders) caused by manufacturing defects
Engine failures not resulting from neglect or use of improper fuel
Structural issues such as cracked welds or frame failure under normal operating conditions
Electrical components, including starters, alternators, and control modules
Not Covered
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Improper storage, handling, or failure to perform routine maintenance (e.g., greasing pivots, changing oil/filters)
Damage from operating equipment beyond its rated capacity (overloading)
Accidents, drops, or impacts occurring after delivery
Customer modifications or alterations
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Age-related patina or finish changes expected over time
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Reach out to us with your order number, product name, and a short description of the defect.
Include clear photos or videos of the issue, along with the serial or model number if applicable.
We’ll review your submission and provide a Return Authorization (RA) along with instructions if a return is needed.
Once inspected, we will proceed with a replacement, repair, or refund according to this policy.
Warranty Terms
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality or integrity of tools and equipment.
Coverage begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by our shipping partners. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Normal wear and tear, improper handling or storage, misuse, or modifications are not covered.

Replacement & Repair Timeline
Parts & Repair Support (Primary Solution)
For heavy machinery, our top priority is getting you back to work as quickly as possible. We will assist you in troubleshooting and ship replacement parts at no cost right away. Technical guidance is provided so you or a local mechanic can complete the installation.
Replacement
If the equipment cannot be fixed with replacement parts, we will coordinate a replacement unit. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery due to shipping logistics.
Refund
If a replacement unit isn’t available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
